Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include
Developing and meticulously executing sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Cultivating new leads and contacts to expand our client base.
Identifying untapped revenue opportunities to maximize business growth.
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Active participation in networking events to attract and retain valuable clients.
Creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to propel business expansion.
Maintaining and updating comprehensive documentation related to sales, marketing, and business development.
Contributing to marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.
Collaborating closely with management to align on sales objectives.
Providing support to the team in various capacities as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience of 2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Proficiency with CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
Proven track record in managing and nurturing sales teams.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in selling value and building credibility with clients.
Enthusiasm for building and nurturing positive relationships.
