We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Developing a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arranging and conducting business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promoting the company's products/services while addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
• Preparing sales contracts, ensuring strict adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Maintaining meticulous records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documents.
• Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Developing and mentoring entry-level staff, helping them become valuable salespeople.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in a similar industry.
• A demonstrated and verifiable sales track record.
• Experience in customer support is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong market knowledge in the [specific industry/sector].
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
